Moorebank Vineyard's other major focus other than wine at vintage time is the famous SPICY GRAPE SAUCE, which is a sensational  sauce that is a tad spicy and used in a variety of savoury ways with great versatility.

It comes from an old family vineyard recipe & is made from only premium quality hand plucked grapes. It can be enjoyed with any type of meat, cheeses as a marinade, glaze or sauce. Moorebank's Spicy Grape Sauce recipe was handed down from Debra's 102 year old Grandmother, along with the increasingly popular SPICE PICKLED GRAPES with SEMILLON, which are a divine addition to a cheese platter or on top of fresh oysters.
