Paradise Beach Purveyors’ founder Steve Ingram is in dip heaven. For the third year in a row his popular handmade products have taken out the two top prizes at the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Product Awards - Champion Dip (the Tzatziki) and Most Successful Dip Exhibitor. Plus! A hat trick of three Golds and Silver. Golds were awarded to Champion Tzatziki in the yogurt base class and to Pesto Swirl and the Smoked Salmon and Wasabi Dip in the dairy class. Smoked Trout & Chives Dip scored Silver, and the company has also just won a Bronze medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Food 2012 Competition for its Cracked Pepper & Sesame Pita Bits.
Steve created the Paradise Beach Purveyors product almost a decade ago with his partner Anmarie – both from a creative advertising background, followed by cuisine. Their delicious and popular product range which is available in major department stores food sections, supermarkets and individual providores nationally is the essence of modern Australian cuisine. “We have successfully lifted the icon Aussie dip to a new level” said Steve “The brand is now a flagship for handmade dips with finely sourced ingredients and an easy way of providing instant flavour and verve to outdoor living. Just try our Champion Tzatziki with a barbequed lamb chop! Or our aromatic Pesto Swirl with its mix of basil and char grilled red peppers turned out onto a plate with our Pita Bits – you can find wonderful recipes and ways to use our product at our website." Look for Paradise Beach Purveyors Dips and Pita Bits on your local supermarket or village provedore’s shelves.
