Eaton Smart, Hong Kong offers a range of festive dishes to mark this special time of year, where Executive Chef Giovanni Pugliano and his team have prepared a host of special seasonal menus.

Gather and Feast at Metro Buffet & Grill

This December, Metro Buffet & Grill introduces a range of all-time Christmas favourites to the selection. Chef Giovanni adds a dash of tradition to the menu with such festive classics as Roast Turkey with stuffing and Roast Venison with Red Wine Sauce and Wild Cherry. For seasonal seafood, a fresh Grilled Half Lobster* with herbs will be delivered to each diner at their tables. Guests attending the New Year's Eve countdown buffet will also receive a glass of complimentary sparkling wine.

These new dishes will be in addition to Metro Buffet & Grill's signature items from the grill station, including rib eye steak, sea bream, lamb chops** and tiger prawns**.Together with a variety of appetizers and entrees, Chef Giovanni offers a vast array of delicious Christmas desserts. Bringing joy to the world, the seasonal sweets menu includes:

- Chocolate and Chestnut Napoleon - Champagne and Forest Fruit Jelly - Cherry and Hazelnut Strudel - Custard Trifle

- White Chocolate and Cranberry Macaroons - Eggnog Almond Sponge - Gingerbread and Papaya Mousse - Chestnut Log Cake

- Homemade Stollen - Italian Panettone - Christmas Cookies - Spiced Wine Cheese Cake

Diners can also stop by the chocolate fountain and indulge in more sinfully sweet creations, from ginger bread cubes and marshmallows to roasted chestnuts.

Executive Chef Giovanni will also be sharing his skills with youngsters and teaching a cupcake decoration class. Children can join in the fun from December 24th to 26th during the Christmas buffet lunch hours from 12pm-2:30pm.

Metro Buffet & Grill also offers a 15% early bird discount for buffet tickets to be used within December when purchased 15 days in advance.

Festive Set Menus at T Bar and T Garden

Family and friends are invited to gather at the T Bar this holiday season to enjoy a range of delectable set dinners prepared by Chef Giovanni. Perfect for private get-togethers or larger parties, the festive feasts are available Christmas Eve ($398/person), Christmas Day ($368/person) and New Year's Eve ($468/person).

Guests can also ring in 2012 in style at the T Bar and T Garden. An idyllic party venue, the Countdown Package is just $350 per person. The price includes unlimited soft drinks, orange juice, red and white house wines, house spirits, selected beer and cocktails. Tables consisting of six or more guests will also receive a free bottle of Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine.

Set menu at Yat Tung Heen

From now to 31 December 2011, one-Michelin starred Chef Tam of Yat Tung Heen introduces a deliciously inventive nine-course set menu. Priced at HK$5,888* per 12-person table, the menu is designed to fit discerning diners with an appetite for Chinese-style delicacies.

The nine-course Christmas set menu includes:

- Fresh Fruit Salad with Turkey

- Saut'ed Prawns with Mushrooms and Kale

- Swallow Nest and Assorted Seafood with Egg White Broth

- Braised Abalone (22 ppk) with Fish Maw

Priced at $280 per person*, the takeaway menu includes party favourites such as whole roasted festive turkey, traditional stuffing, honey glazed chestnuts, meat gravy, traditional minced pie and chestnut log.

And Santa isn't the only special guest this Christmas Eve. Eaton Smart, Hong Kong, will also welcome a children's choir on Christmas Eve between 7- 7:30pm to perform traditional Christmas carols.
