LOCAL DRINKS: Irish tea, Guinness, Irish whiskey, Irish coffee, poitín (poteen).

PRODUCE: potatoes, lobster, prawns, oysters, salmon, cockles, winkles, pork, dulse, carrageen and laver (types of seaweed), black pudding, bacon, ham.
